The CTeen year has officially begun! With kickoff events happening from Israel to Knoxville, TN,  and even a regional shabbaton already, this is a promising start for the rest of the year. With many more events in the planning process, the kickoff season is just kicking off. Getting to know you games, and various activities like spikeball, gaga and minute to win it, Matias Landau was just one of about twenty- five participants at the kickoff event in Knoxville, Tennessee. 

Toronto Canada is set to have their kickoff event today with forty participants expected for a basketball tournament like none other. CTeen Conejo is starting off their year with a Shabbaton, with delicious food, fun games, and they are going to jump into the new week at Dojo Boom, a local trampoline park. CTeen Palo Alto will be joining many other chapters from the Northern California region as they all bike the Golden Gate bridge together, boy I wish I could go to that.

Both CTeen West Suffolk and CTeen Bucks County are starting off their year with a pop of color as they tie dye CTeen shirts to start off the year. The southeast CTeen region had an early start to the regional year with their amazing regional shabbaton which took place last Shabbat. Ice cream, Six Flags and whirlyball were just a few highlights we saw from Atlanta. If you’ve never tried whirlyball before, let me tell ya, it’s worth it. Now let’s head internationally, both Israel and France kicked off the year with classes on Elul, the Jewish month we’re in now, what better way to start the year then getting connected with Hashem and fellow CTeeners?
