“How has Torah learning affected your life?”

“I attend a Jewish Modern Orthodox school, and I have to say that learning torah is an advantage. Torah isn’t just a book of rules or a book of literature. It’s a book of insights-a book that highlights the values and morals of Judaism. Torah learning has made me more self-reflective-it’s made me a better person.”

“Where do you see yourself in ten years?”

“In ten years, In terms of occupation, I hope to be a surgical resident at an emergency hospital… But in terms of self goals, I wish to see myself focusing less on superficial and materialistic aspects of life.”
