“Some thing I’m proud of would probably be that through everything I have been through, I didn’t let the negative impressions blur my vision of what I wanted. I was determined and driven to do or go somewhere and I did. There were definitely outer forces that wanted to persuade me to go else where but I stayed true to myself and was able to accomplish what I thought, at the time, was impossible.”
