In honor of Tu B’Shevat here are some amazing fruits to try that are honestly amazing!

Amazing fruits to try
These are so yummy and so fun to eat too. Not only do they taste good but have beneficial antioxidants and a high water content. Grapes can be sour or sweet depending on when you buy them and what kind you get.
2. Dates
Dates are a fruit that is naturally sweet and simply better than they look. They come dried or fresh depending on what you prefer. Dates have potassium iron, and many other minerals and benefits.
3. Bananas
Bananas are one of my favorite fruits out there. Peeling the skin gives you access to a fruit filled with Potassium, Calcium, and flavor. Here is a link to a banana pancake recipe:

4. Apples
Like grapes, apples can be sweet or sour depending on the color. I prefer red delicious for eating raw, and granny smith for baking. Apples have lots of fiber and health benefits associated so perhaps it may help to keep the doctor away.

5. Pomegranates
Pomegranates are bitter in taste and come in the form of seeds. Pomegranates can be eaten by themselves, in muffins, or in a juice. They can help people with heart disease and have a lot of antioxidants.

Exotic Fruits
Dragon fruit: It is described as a mix of kiwi, pear, and watermelon flavors. It is the size of a potato and has a gorgeous red, pink, and yellow color. These awesome fruits have calcium, fiber, and vitamins C and B.

Miracle Fruit: This fruit is such a miracle, it can make lemons sweet. This fruit is used as an artificial sweetener as well.

Lychee: Lychee fruits have a hard pink shell, but on the inside, it has a white goey flesh that has an acidic flavor. It has a lot of Vitamin C and fibers. However, they do contain a lot of fructose so eat Lychees in moderation.

Star Fruits: Starfruits have a flavor mix of a plum and apple. They also have a lot of vitamin C and Dietary Fibers.

Mangosteen: While this fruit is hard to find, they have a sweet flavor and are incredibly juicy. They are high in fiber and low in calories.
